Opening Litany based on Psalm 26:1-8

Pastor: Look upon us with favor O LORD, for we have tried to lead a blameless life

Congregation: We have trusted in the LORD and for the most part have not faltered. Test us Lord, examine our hearts and minds.

Pastor: We have been forever mindful of your unfailing love and have lived our lives relying on your faithfulness.

Congregation: We do not sit with the deceitful nor I associate with hypocrites. We  abhor the assembly of evildoers and refuse to sit with the wicked.

Pastor: We bath ourselves in innocence when we go before your Altar O Lord and proclaimed your praise to all the world in what we say and in what we do.

Congregation: Aware of your wonderful deeds O Lord, we love to go to your house and praise your name in all we do and say.
